In Basketball, the rules are:
Shoot or Pass the Ball to other teamates in one second.
If you snatch the ball from other oppenents for 3 seconds, that count as foul
In First and Second Quarter, the opponent are shooting the ball to the left while the team mates are shooting the ball to the right.
After the Second Half Quarter, both of the teams need to change sides of the goal.
The whistle will be only called when the offender got in the irregular contact with the defender so that will be called as foul.
